Warranty, Return, and Refund Policy

Sun-Ray Brands (“Sun-Ray”) warrants to the Original Purchaser of the Sun-Ray product (herein called the “Product”) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the Product to the Original Purchaser. This warranty covers the following sub-brands of Sun-Ray:

Sun-Ray

EdenBranch

Patio Premier

Real Work

During this 90 day warranty period, Sun-Ray will, at its sole discretion, after determining the Product was defective due to faulty material or workmanship:

(i) repair or replace any defective part or portion there of 

(ii) at Sun-Ray’s option, replace any defective Product with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar product model

For any warranty claim, the Original Purchaser must first contact Sun-Ray brands by email to obtain Return Authorization (“RMA”). For any repair or replacement under warranty, the Original Purchaser must return the Product to Sun-Ray and be responsible for the associated shipping costs. Sun-Ray will pay the return shipping costs to the Original Purchaser if the Product or part thereof was defective.

This warranty does not apply to any Product or part thereof that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, or accident, such as accidental damage to the exterior finish, operated contrary to

the recommendations specified by Sun-Ray; repaired or altered by anyone other than Sun-Ray in any way so as to, in Sun-Ray’s sole judgment, affect its quality or efficiency. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, including but not limited to umbrella canopy, solar panel, and rechargeable batteries; nor does this warranty cover any weather damage, Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, or other casualty events.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER

WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY, SUN-RAY DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS OR

SERVICES OF OTHERS

This warranty supersedes and excludes any prior oral or written representations or warranties. The sole and exclusive remedies of any person relating to the Product, and the full liability of Sun-Ray for any

breach of this warranty, will be as provided in this warranty. Other than this Sun-Ray 90 days Limited Warranty, the Original Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that no other warranties are offered or provided in connection with or for the Product or any other part thereof. The liability of Sun-Ray for breach of any warranty obligation hereunder is limited to: 

(i) the repair or replacement of the Sun-Ray Product with a product of same or similar product model on which the liability is based or 

(ii) at Sun-Ray’s option, the refund of the amount paid for the Product. 

Any breach by Sun-Ray with respect to any Product shall be deemed a breach with respect to that Product. IN NO EVENT WILL SUN-RAY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR DAMAGES IN THE NATURE OF PENALTIES.
